Aquamarine Dreams
A short anim8ed film made by year 5 pupils at Neasden Primary School in Hull. Made in one day, the film uses Herbert Draper's dramatic painting, "Ulysses and the Sirens" at the Ferens Art Gallery in Hull to take children on a creative journey through their imaginations and into animation.

A Year 8 art class worked on a pop art theme to complete their animated project. Students had already carried out work on the Pop Art movement before they began working on their animated films. They were familiar with the styles and content associated with the movement and hoped to incorporate these in their finished animated pieces.
